These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PropertySift (the "Service"), operated by PropertySift ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PropertySift is a subscription web application that searches publicly available property listings from third-party sources, scores them against the criteria you set, and presents matches to you by email and via an online dashboard, together with estimated running-cost figures and related information.
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
The Service is offered on a free trial followed by a recurring subscription (monthly or annual). Payments are collected by our third-party payment provider, Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as Merchant of Record for your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation policy.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access it by unauthorised means; reselling or redistributing data obtained through it; scraping or bulk-extracting our content; or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Property details, prices, availability and images are sourced from third parties and may be inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. Cost figures (mortgage, energy, council tax, water, EPC and similar) are estimates for general guidance only. Nothing in the Service is financial, mortgage, legal, tax or investment advice. Always verify any listing and figures directly with the estate agent, lender and relevant authorities before making any decision.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and may modify or suspend features.
The Service, its software and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal property search during your subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on information provided through the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability is limited to the total amount you have paid for the Service.
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
