Your subscription begins with a free 14-day trial. You will not be charged during the trial and can cancel before it ends at no cost.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings or via our contact form. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
As a digital service, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of starting a paid subscription. Because the Service is provided immediately, by starting to use a paid subscription you agree that we may begin providing it during the cooling-off period; where you have used the Service during that period, any refund may be reduced proportionately to reflect the use provided, in line with your statutory rights.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund — for example a billing error or a cancellation request within the cooling-off period — reach us via our contact form and we will review it promptly. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as Merchant of Record. Some billing and refund actions may be handled by them on our behalf. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
